Spring is a time for love and romance, which is what brought about the idea of the Shoujo Beat layout marathon. Because, well, that's what SB is all about. Great storytelling, and enough romance to make your heart pound, your pulse race, or just give you that sweet feeling that romance is in the air.

And, to be honest, romance is something that everyone understands. It's like... a common language, a bond, something universal that exists in every culture in the world. Love, romance, they're a language spoken far and wide. No matter what words are used to describe it, everyone understands.
